The ground rules for using this website, donating, and getting in touch.
Effective August 2, 2026. Last updated August 2, 2026.
By using www.hnmensclub.org, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
If you're using the site on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for it.
The Holy Name Men's Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Omaha, Nebraska (Federal ID #81-5160707). We operate the Holy Name Alumni Field House at 2949 Fontenelle Blvd. In these terms, "we", "us" and "the club" mean the Holy Name Men's Club.
You're welcome to browse this site, read and download our newsletters, donate, and contact us. We provide it free of charge, as a service to our community.
The staff area at /admin is restricted to authorized Holy Name personnel. Don't attempt to access it otherwise.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We'll try not to surprise anyone, but we're a volunteer-led nonprofit and this site is not a paid service.
Donations are handled by Givebutter, a third-party donation platform, and are subject to their terms and privacy policy as well as these. Your payment details go to them and their processors, never to us.
The Holy Name Men's Club is a 501(c)(3) organization and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You'll receive a receipt for your records. Where you receive something of value in return — a ticket, a meal, an item at an event — only the amount above its fair market value is deductible. We're not able to give tax advice; please consult your own advisor.
Because we put gifts to work quickly, donations are generally non-refundable. That said, we're a parish club, not a corporation — if you gave by mistake, entered the wrong amount, were charged twice, or believe your gift was unauthorized, contact us at info@hnmensclub.org and we will review it and make it right where we reasonably can.
If you set up a recurring donation, it continues until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time through the link in your Givebutter receipt, or by contacting us and asking — we'll help.
Where you designate a gift for a specific fund or campaign, we'll honor that designation. If a campaign is complete or its purpose becomes impractical, we may direct the gift to a closely related purpose consistent with our mission and our obligations as a nonprofit.
Fundraising totals shown on this site include offline and pledged gifts and are updated periodically. They're offered in good faith as a progress indicator, not as audited financial statements.
If you give us your email address or mailing address, you're asking to receive the newsletter plus occasional news, events and fundraising appeals from the club.
You can stop at any time. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop sending you mail by emailing info@hnmensclub.org, calling (531) 375-5872, or writing to the address below. Unsubscribing never costs you access — every newsletter stays free to read and download on this site.
Only give us contact details that are yours to give. Please don't sign up someone else.
Nothing on this website is a booking, a reservation, or an offer to contract. Descriptions of the field house, its availability and its rates are informational and may change.
An actual rental is confirmed only by a separate written rental agreement with the club, which will carry its own terms covering payment, deposits, cancellation, insurance, supervision and liability. If those terms conflict with these, the rental agreement governs.
Youth programs and league participation are arranged directly with parents and guardians through separate registration and waivers, not through this website.
The content of this site — text, photographs, logos, designs and newsletters — belongs to the Holy Name Men's Club or is used with permission. The Holy Name Men's Club and Ramblers names and logos are ours.
You're welcome to: read, download and print our newsletters for personal, family, parish or educational use; share links to any page here; and quote us with attribution.
Please ask first before: republishing our photographs elsewhere, using our logos, or using anything from this site commercially or to imply we endorse something. Write to info@hnmensclub.org — for community and alumni purposes the answer is usually yes.
Some material in our archive may carry rights held by original photographers or publishers. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, contact us with the details and we'll review it promptly.
Our newsletter archive spans decades and is published as a record of this community. It contains names and photographs of parishioners, including people who were children at the time of publication.
If you appear in an issue, or your child does, and you'd like it removed or obscured, contact info@hnmensclub.org with the issue date and page. You don't need to give a reason. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
When you send us a message, photo, story or suggestion, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for — answering you, or, where you clearly intended it for publication, including it in our newsletter or on this site with appropriate credit.
Please don't send us confidential information through the contact form. It's ordinary email and isn't a secure channel.
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but details change — schedules, rates, staff, program offerings and campaign totals among them. We can't guarantee everything here is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. For anything that matters — a date, a price, an availability — please confirm with us directly.
This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nebraska law, the Holy Name Men's Club and its officers, directors, employees, members and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website — including lost data or lost opportunity — even if we've been advised such damages are possible.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
This section is about the website. It does not limit anyone's rights or obligations under a signed rental agreement or a program registration, which have their own terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Holy Name Men's Club and its officers, directors, employees, members and volunteers from any claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of this website or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Questions about these terms, permission to use our content, or anything else — please write. A real person reads these.
